1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rabitik ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Rabitik, including but not limited to tenant owners, managers, technicians, and read-only users.

2. Description of Service

Rabitik is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables MikroTik router owners to remotely access and manage their routers through a centralized VPN infrastructure. The platform provides:

  • VPN-based remote access to MikroTik routers
  • WinBox, WebFig, SSH, and API access through VPN
  • Router management and monitoring
  • Installation script generation
  • Connection status and heartbeat monitoring
  • Subscription-based billing

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 User Responsibilities

As a user of Rabitik, you agree to:

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not use the Platform to access, manage, or control routers without proper authorization
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. We offer the following plans:

  • Starter: Up to 10 routers
  • Professional: Up to 100 routers
  • Enterprise: Unlimited routers

4.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

4.3 Late Payment

If your payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform. Continued non-payment may result in permanent termination and deletion of your data after 30 days.

5. VPN Infrastructure and Connectivity

Rabitik provides VPN connectivity as a managed service. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity. Factors beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, ISP restrictions, and power failures, may affect service availability.

VPN credentials generated by the Platform are the responsibility of the account holder. VPN passwords are stored encrypted and should be kept confidential.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rabitik and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Platform
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Platform
  • Loss or damage to routers or networks managed through the Platform

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of termination, unless we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
